Please carefully read the below PotterIntelliView.com Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy"), which together with the Potter Intelliview™ Website Terms of Use found on the Dashboard Website and incorporated herein by reference, control Your access to and use of www.PotterIntelliView.com, a dashboard website for monitoring Potter products and systems (the "Dashboard Website") and the Potter Intelliview mobile application (the “App”, together with the Dashboard Website, the “Online Services”), each provided by Potter Electric Signal Company, LLC (“Potter” or “we”).
This Privacy Policy governs Potter's data collection and usage on the Online Services. The Online Services are offered to You conditioned on Your acceptance without modification of this Privacy Policy. By accessing, browsing or utilizing the Online Services, by registering for the Online Services, or by clicking to accept or agree to our Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, You consent to the data practices described herein. Potter may also collect historical, usage, connectivity and other reported data generated from your Potter products or systems, including, as applicable and without limitation, the IntelliGen® Nitrogen Generator, sprinkler products, fire panels, fire systems, and other related products, and you may submit or upload information to the Online Services or such information may be otherwise accessible on the Online Services through your connected Potter products or systems, including, without limitation, custom programming databases, panel activity, end user information, and testing results (“Dealer Data”). Between You and Potter, You own the Dealer Data, but the Dealer Data remains subject to this Privacy Policy when accessible through the Online Services.
Potter may collect this information: (1) directly from You when You provide it to Potter, (2) automatically as You navigate through the Online Services, or (3) from third parties as described herein. Collectively, this information is primarily used to provide an enhanced online experience for the visitor.
Potter may use "cookies" on the Online Services to help personalize Your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on Your hard disk by a web page server. Potter may access and use Dealer Data in an aggregate and de-identified manner. Further, Potter may access and use historical, usage, connectivity and other reported data generated from your Potter products or systems.
Potter may disclose aggregated information about users of the Online Services, including aggregated Dealer Data, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. Further, Potter may share use historical, usage, connectivity and other reported data generated from your Potter products or systems with your end users or owners of the building with such products or systems upon request.
Potter does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Potter may share Your information with subsidiaries, affiliates, and trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send You email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using Your Personal Information except to provide these services to Potter, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of Your information.
Potter will disclose Your Personal Information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Potter; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Potter; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Online Services, or the public.
Additionally, if Potter sells one of its product lines or divisions, Personal Information may be transferred to the buyer so that the buyer can continue to provide You with information and services.

Linked Sites are not under the control of Potter and Potter is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Potter is providing these links to You only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Potter of the Linked Site or any association with its operators.
If You decide to access any Linked Site, You do so entirely at Your own risk. Potter does not guarantee that You will receive an alert when You leave the Online Services, and it is Your responsibility to determine when You have left the Online Services. Potter secures Your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. The safety and security of Your information also depends on You. You are responsible for keeping Your account password confidential. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although Potter does its best to protect Your Personal Information, Potter cannot guarantee the security of Your Personal Information transmitted on the Online Services.
No one under age 13 may provide any personal information on the Online Services. Potter does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. At this time, our website does not support DNT codes.
